The kids helped with his cake. I am now afraid to ever give Benton a piece of saltwater taffy again--he know exactly what can be done with it now.
We made a "project cake" to go along with Peter's present of electrical components. I thought it turned out pretty well. Benton was able to identify the resistors and the transistors off of the picture we were copying. Yeah..I didn't know he knew what they were called.
Peter spent the day sick and at the church, but the bishop was sick, too, so he got to come home early.
We finally ended up with enough candles on the cake. It's been a sad five years with only enough candles for binary.
Happy birthday, Peter. We love you lots.
