Brita the amazing

Brita's vocabulary is expanding like crazy. She is always coming up with new things and I often have no idea where they come from.

Just now Peter was reading the shapes book to her and she named most of them by herself including a diamond and a semicircle.

The other night as she was supposed to be going to sleep she started practicing her sentence structure. She kept repeating "Stewart is home" or "Ensley is home" and going through all the people that we had been telling her were at their own houses. It was pretty cute in its own little I'd-rather-she-just-go-to-sleep way.

Lately she's been telling us what's going on as it happens. Yesterday she told us that she peed twice right after it happened. And she chose to pee on the tile instead of the carpet. Brilliant.

Anyways, I like her. I think she's pretty amazing.
