Shawn got in Thursday afternoon and came to our house. We decided to play basketball. He didn't realize that that meant lifting Brita and then Benton up in the air about eight feet for a half hour or so. When Mom and Dad (finally) got here we had dinner, which Mom brought. Then we played games and Peter and Dad worked on the website. And Mom did my dishes.
Friday Peter took off work and spent the day working on the website with Dad. Mom took care of my kids and made dinner for me and I sat around. It was nice. Brita made a cake for dinner. We ate a lot of cake this weekend. We played games that night.
Saturday Peter went in to work at 8 and Dad tilled the garden (Thanks for letting us borrow your tiller, Myers!). Then Dad and I ran errands while Mom took care of the kids. We took some bookcases to Monica and we to a store and got a mattress and plants for my garden. Shawn tilled some on the garden and dug out the walkway that I had talked about doing. Dad finished tilling the garden and then everyone planted it.
Mom and Dad finally got out of here around 3 when they were planning on noon. Oops. Then Monica and Shawn hung out waiting for Peter to get home so they could go shooting together. They finally gave up and ended up meeting him at the shooting range. The kids took naps the entire time they were gone. Shawn and Monica brought back a couple pizzas and we had those for dinner. The kids stayed up way late and then Shawn, Monica and I played games (when we weren't lying around too tired to move) while we waited for Peter to come home so we could play games with him. We finally gave up around 11:30. Peter got home around 3, so I guess it's a good thing we didn't wait. It was a really fun visit. If anybody else wants to visit they're more than welcome.
