This is the pattern I started from. It was too small for her and way too short and I'm just generally bad at following directions, so it got some major changes made to it. I should have paid a wee bit more attention in my pattern drafting class fifteen years ago. And my stitch in the ditch skills are sadly lacking. And hopefully it doesn't just fall apart because my sewing machine definitely won the you-can't-make-my-tension-right battle. Anyways, there you go. Yeah for me. Yeah for time with no kids in which you can get things done. Yeah for Brita liking it.
This just in: Pictures of a real live girl in the nightgown. Isn't she cute?

Lovely. Lovely.
So very cute, Andrea! (The nightgown and your kids.) Very talented. And not lazy. Sleep deprived sometimes (lots of times?), maybe, but not lazy.
Absolutely darling and definetly not lazy. Any day your kids are fed and still breathing and know that you love them is a good day and a nightgown on top of it is a bonus.
And boxes are seriously under-rated. I think if my kids were young again I would just give them big boxes for Christmas instead of toys because that is what they love.
definitely I should have spelled definitely correctly. . . spelling is just one of the many things I can't do.
